The purpose of the guild is to provide an organization that encourages its members to expand their love of quilting by offering inspiration through workshops, demonstrations and guest speakers.
The guild introduces quilting to the public by way of Quilt Shows of members’ work.
The guild will encourage members to independently and cooperatively make quilts for charities.

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, January 10th, 2017 @ 10:00 am with the Christmas potluck lunch happening that day (weather permitting). If you will be joining us as a new member or guest, please bring a plate, cup,and cutlery and join us for the meeting, lunch and socialization. At this meeting we will also be collecting food items for the food bank and/or toiletry items for the transition houses.
We hold our meetings at Ross Road Community Church, 3160 Ross Road, Abbotsford, BC. If you’d like more information, please send us an email at info@abbotsfordquiltersguild.
Our regular meetings begin at 10:00 am. You are very welcome to visit one time as our guest. Subsequent visits we ask that you pay a visitors fee of $3.00 to help our guild cover the costs of room rental and programs.
If you want to take part in guild workshops or use our library along with other member privileges you may consider becoming a yearly member–just ask at the membership table for an application.
